This course serves as the core to the Accredited Buyer's Representation Designation (ABR), which is the benchmark of excellence in buyer's representation. The goal of this course is to empower Realtors in their policies an1d best practices when working with buyers, and when making offers to Listing Agents when representing buyers. We will cover the rules of the road which will provide you with better negotiation options.
This training is appropriate for both new and seasoned agents.
This training covers how to effortlessly get your Buyers under contract. One key feature is to teach you how to get the Buyers Representation Agreement signed by your buyers. The Buyer's Representation Agreement, otherwise known as the "Buyers Contract," helps agents create a better working relationship with buyers when dealing with items affecting commission and compensation. This training will change the way you approach your real estate business. Agents will increase their business and improve their income by applying these skills and using this knowledge.
This course also provides a resource for understanding the upcoming changes pursuant to the recent NAR Settlement. Additionally, we will cover the duties agents owe to clients, customers, the public, and fellow agents as outlined in NAR's Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. As minimizing risk is a necessary goal of the real estate professional this course provides an excellent foundation.
