The Housing Finance Certification Course is designed to provide REALTORS with foundational education to help them confidently explain key pieces of the loan origination process to their clients. The skills that REALTORS gain from this training will provide a better understanding of types of lenders, the loan origination process, and pre-qualification.  This will provide the REALTOR with the knowledge to be better equipped to provide guidance to their clients when navigating mortgage applications and alternative financing options.
